Rear disk brakes conversion?

currently my drum brakes siezed up and i am wondering about the disk brakes conversion. i drive a honda civic HX and it just recently seized so i am just wondering if anyone can help and help me find one. What things i would need? etc.

what year civic i assume a 6th gen. well eather a civic si rear disks or, Ex rear disk, need different brake lines and different ebrake cables and you need a different porpotioing valve

i know htey have 96+ also they are real good pricing and have many parts
