anyone know how to do this? dont need it done right now but just trying to get all my ducks in a row.

we can do it up here at the shop. I've been notching these things for years now so you can say we've got a little experience with them. ;)

Just install like normal and start it up. Aluminum is soft, d series are self notching

So I take it by 'searched' in the title this mean you have, in fact, searched?

I find that very hard to believe as there is a ton of info on this.

Please tell me you saw that thread a few years about where instead of notching the block the kid took a dremel and notched his Eagles. lol WIN.
