We moved forward with the additional space and have storage space available immediately, please contact us for details. Cars will be stored securely indoors and kept at 55 degrees.

have you guys consider renting standard rate time for letting people use the shop to work on their car in the winter?

It would be something like bring your own tools, knowledge, but have access to the lift (with supervision). That way people could do things like swaps, suspension work, install cams, ect w/out having to pay for labor but having a nice toasty place to work on their car.

Something like $10 and hour no lift & $20 per hour with lift.
It would be easy money for someone to babysit/supervise... but there is the liability factor when using the lift that people would have to sign off on or something....





.... Not many guys i know of have heated garages. I know when I work on ef over the weekend I'll spend over $40 on propane for my garage heater.

sounds like an insurance nightmare to me, i don't even think we are supposed to be in the bay with the guys working we could get hurt...

what about a liability waiver.....
Very normal for business to have them for clients who enter work areas.
