What compression are those pistons? Definitely ditch the dc header when you have money. Get one of those tdm knockoff headers, they are pretty solid and are cheaper than the rcrews. I wouldn't recommend that junk2 intake manifold. It doesn't make anymore power than a rbc and it costs twice as much. Are you running type s cams until you upgrade to those blue prints? What tranny are you using?

Wow! nice choice for the build... I also have been pondering doing the k24/k20 swap in my teg and i am also going to paint it blue but not supersonic. Good build keep updates as work goes. Also if you need any little k24 parts like time chain and what not. Let me know I got a complete k24.

I currently have 11:1 pistons, really the skunk2 manifold is bad? I am going to run the type s cams until I get more money, and also I am using a k20a2 6spd trans

Here is a thread about the junk2 manifold against the rbc and rrc.
K20A.org .:. The K Series Source . Honda / Acura K20a k24a Engine Forum
rbc's are 180 brand new from honda, there's not a lot of manifolds at that price range that can beat the rbc. Are you going to keep it all motor? You should try something like this stock block 275whp na motor.

Well its been awhile since I have updated anything. As you know the k24/k20 hybrid had bad valve seal stems, so i pulled that motor, and bought a k24a4 just to have a motor. And swapped that in.
I was having a new problems with start up, cause i came to find out that the TPS and the MAP sensor were both bad, So I bought a hybrid racing TPS and had a spare Map, put those in and it started with no Problem.
Had a Coolant leak but Fixed that, and had to Make "Custom Block off plate for some EGR thing on the k24, and another thing for the Type S intake manifold to fit.
So 2 days after I had gotten the car running I was with a few buddies giving them a ride in the Teg (BTW i need a new oil pan cause it bottems out everywhere lol) and I stop and hit 2-step, I launch the car, and it spins in first and bounced off the limiter and when i slam it into second, when i let out the clutch, I hear like metal contact and it felt like i ran something over, so i pull over and look behind me and see metal chunks :crying: and all i say to myself is F#$k. I look under the car and see the axle hanging. So i think to myself "its just the axle, good thing i have another one" But when i tow the car back to school, and pulled the axle off, a piece of the axle is stuck inside the tranny, as i was looking, i noticed something........ A HUGE HOLE in the Tranny
So in my understanding is, when the axle snapped it hit the transmission and caused the hole. and i looked inside the gears, i think it hit 5th or 4th gear, pieces of the gear are gone. So just today I order a trans through Excessive auto and should be here on Friday i and should have my K-series integra!!
AXLE #1 DOWN!!! LOL
