Nothing looks out of the norm. I would trust him he has 100% feedback rating and actually took the time to take pretty quality pics for his auction page. I would replace the valve seals when you get it just so there done already and since its off the car as well.

well jon i would have it resurfaced, pressure checked, and also make sure the valve seals are prefect. another thing to remember is that those valves in 3 &4 are bent and those valves ran into something like umm the pistons. They will have some scratching and scaring. If that's the case we can try and smooth those out but lil ridges/ divots can cause problems with 1. pre ignition , which form hot spots. i have a couple pistons with tiny dents in them ill bring one to work so u can see what i mean. So u might wanna look into some new pistons or at least work on those ones we got.

Looks ok. Could use some tlc on cleanup though! looks like a little engine gunk, but that is about what my 95 accord engine looked like under the valve cover too.
