if youre boosting piece together your own piping and muffler.
id go for a chambered type non n1 style which would fall along the lines of ws2, rsr, vibrant etc.
check out some of the websites people have ordered from in the marketplace section.
yeah i started to search after i posted but still wanted suggestions. i decided apexi ws2

RS*R, Tanabe medallion, or a custom exhaust with some resonator.

I am running a WS2.. I love it. Has a nice deep sound to it, but not N1 loud. Also has a nice oem look to the end

I've got a Tanabe SM Hyper on mine, and I think it sounds great.
Granted, I'm running NA, but it's got a good, deep tone, and doesn't have that terrible raspy sound up top.
I've heard good things about their medallion series for boosted apps. Most of them guarantee under 98db too!

Charlie Moua on here has an RSR EX Mag on his EF. It looks stock, sounds stock. Though he is NA at the moment, I don't expect it to be much louder with his tiny turbo he's putting in.
This is by far one of my favorite exhausts for the EF.

I'd go with a thermal exhaust "http://thermalrd.com/pics/b104c104.jpg". Its not raspy, and the tone is super low. Sounds just like a turbo car.

if youre boosting, the majority of exhaust systems listed will bottleneck your setup.
id go custom simply because i dont know what companies make a 3 inch exhaust for your setup
