info on repair?

yes i would like to bring my 2000civic si with a b18c1 swap, it ran great and had some issues, so i pulled engine replaced a bunch of gaskets and put engine back in, with new dizzy, now the rpm works some times, mph does not, and vtec will not engage, i am out of ideas and do not want to just keep buying parts unless i need it, i would like to know if you guys have time to look at it? possibly fix it depending on what it will cost, thanks, i have called and left voice mails with no response.

replace your vss sensor on your transmission or check your harness to make sure it's plugged in. it controls your rpm/mph and vtec will not engage if it's not working.

We probably couldn't look at it anytime soon. But check the VSS like he said, that will make VTEC not work.
